New Directions is a customer centred service and is committed to directly involving its customers in assessing and shaping their experience. Continuous assessent of our services will help to ensure we are responding to the needs of the community of Reading.

Whichever part of our service you are engaged in, we will ask you at the appropriate times what you think of our services. However, we welcome your feedback and suggestions at any time. We have various methods by which you can provide us with your thoughts,

We welcome all forms of feedback whether it be a Suggestion, Compliment, General Comment or Query. If you were unhappy with any aspect of our service then you are able to make a complaint through the official Reading Borough Council complaints process.

The Skills Funding Agency Learner Satisfaction Survey

Learner Survey
The Skills Funding Agency has an national annual survey to gauge what learners think about where they learn . The survey is marked out of 10: with 10 been excellent and 1 been poor. The results are published widely so learners can compare providers.
